On June 21, 2014, after a long and hard fought application process, a client of Paul Rouhana and Seigel, Tully & Tully, LLC obtained his permanent residency status (green card). The client is a successful and accomplished structural engineer who intended to immigrate from the Middle East to pursue his career in the United States. Adding to the complexity and difficulty of the application process were petition the U.S. government to grant a National Interest Waiver in this case, as well as coordinating between the Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the United States Department of State, including the State’s Department’s own visa consular processing system through the National Visa Center. Through many long Skype conference calls, hundreds of emails, and many hours of preparation, the firm was able to guide the client through the very complex process and ultimately obtain his green card for him.
If you or a loved one has an immigration question, including applying for an EB visa with a national interest waiver petition, regardless of whether you are here in the U.S. or overseas, please contact the Law Offices of Seigel, Tully, Rouhana & Tully, LLC.
