The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

Under the FMLA, eligible employees may take 12 weeks of unpaid leave during a 12-month period. Upon returning from the leave, an employee must take the same position or can be transferred to a similar position with equivalent pay and benefits. Call us if you’d like to confirm you eligibility for FMLA, your FMLA has been denied by your employer or your employment status changed after your return. We can help you resolve these and many other FMLA-related issues.
